About The Program
The Young Mothers Collective is a mental health support program with a vision to provide free support to young mamas and mamas to be Australia wide. Our mission is to help guide, nurture and mentor young people through pregnancy, postpartum and motherhood.
Participants aged between 15-24 years are provided free individualised support with a focus on building self-esteem and resilience, developing skills in stress management and reducing anxiety, nervous system support and self-care and creating positive and secure attachments with their little ones.
All sessions are facilitated by Erin Grant, a mum, Psychology graduate from Deakin University and Yoga teacher with a decade of experience teaching in studios, gyms and Australian businesses and schools including Curtin University, VIVA Energy, The YMCA, Cotton On, Kardinia International College, Clonard College and Geelong Grammar School.
