About The Program
The Young Mothers Collective is a mental health support program with a vision to provide free support to young mamas and mamas to be Australia wide. Our mission is to help guide, nurture and mentor young people through pregnancy, postpartum and motherhood.
Participants aged between 15-24 years are provided free individualised and group support with a focus on building self-esteem and resilience, developing skills in stress management, nervous system support and self-care and creating positive and secure attachments with their little ones.
All sessions are facilitated by Erin Elizabeth Grant, a Psychology graduate from Deakin University and Yoga teacher with a decade of experience teaching in studios, gyms and Australian businesses and schools including Curtin University, VIVA Energy, The YMCA, Cotton On, Kardinia International College, Clonard College and Geelong Grammar School.
One-to-one sessions are available via email/phone/video call or in-person across Northern New South Wales and South East Queensland. Group sessions run throughout the year and provide an opportunity for participants to build an intimate support network of other mamas facing similar circumstances. For upcoming dates please ensure you’re subscribed to the mailing list.
